T; Do you like Garfield?

Ss: Yes.

T; Let’s enjoy some cartoon pictures of Garfield, OK?

Ss: Ok.

T: You can say together(show the cartoon pictures)

Ss&T:It’s me, Garfield, I’m so lovely .I’m big and strong, too. I’m going to be a king. I’m play Kongfu. I like playing the piano, too. I like eating very much. Can I have some more? It’s my favorite food.

T:Ye, Miss Ling likes Garfield very much , Who like Garfield? Hands up….So many boys and girls love Garfield. Ok, can you tell me why?

S1:I love Garfield very much much, because he is very lovey.

S2: I think Garfield is very cute, so I love it very much.

S3: Garfield likes eating and dancing, I love eating and dancing, too.

S4: Garfield can play the piano, and me too.

S5: Garfield likes swimming very much, and I like swimming too.

T: Garfield is very fat and lovely, so we all like Garfield very much. We know him very well, and Do you know Garfield’s family members? Ye, Garfield’s father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother…and today they’re coming ,wher are they?

Ss: They’re on the blackboard.

T: Who are they? Let’s look at the blackboard.

Ss&T:This is Garfield’s father, and this is his mother, his brother, uncle, and this is his aunt, and this is his sister, and the last one is very very old, so can you think who he is?

S1: He’s Garfield’s grandpa.

T: They’re coming to our class, ok, who can tell me what does his father do?

以上是What does he do?课堂导入的教学实录,首先老师开门见山,直接引入了学生熟悉的卡通动物---加菲猫,激发学生的学习兴趣,唤起学生的好奇心,接着让学生欣赏一组加菲猫的图片,并配有英文介绍,学生和老师一起朗读的过程,体现了导入的另一个重要功能---复习旧知。欣赏完图片后,老师提出一个巧妙的问题“Why do you like Garfield?”隐含着让学生对前面欣赏的图片的回顾,比如,加菲猫很胖,但很可爱;加菲猫喜欢弹钢琴,我也喜欢;加菲猫会游泳,我也会…锻炼了学生英语口语表达能力,还体现了对旧知的再次深入巩固。由上一环节的读句子到本环节的说句子,层层递进。接着,学生对加菲猫有了很深入的了解后,对他的家庭成员有没有了解呢?老师引入了他的家庭成员,六个家庭成员分别是father,mother,uncle,aunt,brother,grandfather并将图片事先贴在黑板上,让学生识图片认人物,完成了对家庭成员的复习。最后用一句话引导进入呈现环节“What does Garfield’s father do?”

整个导入以情境导入法为主,辅以问题导入法,多媒体导入法。既体现了导入的激发学习兴趣,唤起学生的求知欲的作用,也体现了对旧知识的巩固和新知识的引导。是一个教学形式巧妙,教学内容丰富的导入环节。
